Chestionarul se refer\u0103 la activitatea \u0219colar\u0103 \/ profesional\u0103 a subiectului \u0219i la rela\u021biile sale cu prietenii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\"><strong>Profilul Distresului Emo\u021bional (PDE) <\/strong>m\u0103soar\u0103 emo\u021biile negative disfunc\u021bionale \u0219i emo\u021biile negative func\u021bionale din categoriile fric\u0103 \u0219i triste\u021be\/ deprimare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\"><strong>Chestionarul schemelor cognitive (YSQ-3)<\/strong> J. Acest chestionar distinge 9 tipuri diferite de strategii precum:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\">Autoculpabilizarea, care se refer\u0103 la g\u00e2ndurile prin care d\u0103m vina pe propria persoan\u0103 pentru ceea ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\">Acceptarea, care se refer\u0103 la g\u00e2ndurile prin care ne resemn\u0103m fa\u0163\u0103 de ceea ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\">Ruminarea, prin care ne g\u00e2ndim \u00een continuu la sentimentele \u015fi ideile asociate evenimentului negativ<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\">Refocalizarea pozitiv\u0103, prin care ne g\u00e2ndim la lucruri pl\u0103cute \u015fi nu la evenimentul \u00een sine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\">Refocalizarea pe planificare, prin care ne g\u00e2ndim la pa\u015fii pe care \u00eei vom urma pentru a ne confrunta cu evenimentul<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\">Reevaluarea pozitiv\u0103, prin care ne g\u00e2ndim s\u0103 atribuim o semnifi ca\u0163ie pozitiv\u0103 evenimentului, \u00een termenii unei dezvolt\u0103ri personale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\">Punerea \u00een perspectiv\u0103 sau g\u00e2nduri prin care minimaliz\u0103m gravitatea evenimentului, atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eel compar\u0103m cu alte evenimente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\">Catastrofarea, prin care accentu\u0103m \u00een mod explicit teroarea provocat\u0103 de eveniment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:23px\">Culpabilizarea celorlal\u0163i, prin care ne g\u00e2ndim s\u0103 d\u0103m vina pe ceilal\u0163i pentru cele \u00eent\u00e2mplate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:23px\">   12. <strong>Scala de abordare strategic\u0103 a copingului (SACS)<\/strong> se refer\u0103 \u00een mod exclusive la modul \u00een care o persoan\u0103 reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 comportamental active\/pasiv, prosocial\/antisocial, direct\/indirect dup\u0103 ce a tr\u0103it o experien\u021b\u0103 negativ\u0103 prin intermediul a 9 scale de evaluare: ac\u021biune asertiv\u0103, rela\u021bionare social, c\u0103utarea suportului social, ac\u021biune prudent\u0103, ac\u021biune instictiv\u0103, evitare, ac\u021biune indirect\u0103, ac\u021biune antisocial\u0103, ac\u021biune agresiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:23px\"><strong>Teste pentru evaluarea valorilor \u0219i a intereselor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:23px\">       1.<strong>Chestionar de evaluare a intereselor (CEI)<\/strong> (minim 16 ani) este destinat evalu\u0103rii intereselor unei persoane, adic\u0103 a preferin\u021belor acesteia pentru o anumit\u0103 activitate sau domenii de cuno\u0219tin\u021be.
