Credem \u00een horoscop, \u00een vr\u0103jitoare, credem \u00een promisiuni, \u00een vise, \u00een \u00eencuraj\u0103rile preo\u021bilor r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite cu generozitate \u0219i mai nou credem \u00een g\u00e2ndirea pozitiv\u0103. Conform acesteia, e suficient s\u0103 stai tol\u0103nit pe o canapea moale, s\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti c\u0103 vei ajunge milionar \u00een euro, s\u0103 vizualizezi cu ochii min\u021bii c\u0103 traversezi lumea \u00een lung \u0219i lat pe vase de croazier\u0103 luxoase, chiar s\u0103 sim\u021bi briza oceanului \u0219i emo\u021biile&#8230; a\u0219a&#8230;. cuminte \u0219i gata! Totul se rezolv\u0103 de la sine! Scepticii r\u00e2d \u00een hohote, iar credulii \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103-i conving\u0103 c\u0103 ei nu \u00een\u021beleg nimic din toate astea!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00centrebarea care a\u0219teapt\u0103 r\u0103spuns este de ce la unii func\u021bioneaz\u0103 legea atrac\u021biei \u0219i ace\u0219tia reu\u0219esc \u00een via\u021b\u0103, iar la al\u021bii, de\u0219i depun efort, nu le prea iese mare lucru?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Bine\u00een\u021beles c\u0103 nu putem nega puterea g\u00e2ndului. El este ini\u021biatorul, creatorul primar al vie\u021bii noastre! G\u00e2ndirea \u0219i emo\u021biile noastre influen\u021beaz\u0103 chimia corpului fizic, deci g\u00e2ndirea pozitiv\u0103, optimismul, are efecte benefice asupra bunei func\u021bion\u0103ri a \u00eentregului sistem care este corpul nostru. Problema apare atunci c\u00e2nd nu exist\u0103 o consonan\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre ceea ce g\u00e2ndim \u0219i ceea ce vine din interiorul nostru, adic\u0103 ca \u0219i cum am obliga mintea s\u0103 cread\u0103 ceea ce \u00eei spunem noi, de\u0219i ea \u0219tie cu totul altceva. Ceea ce spunem noi prin afirma\u021biile pozitive este produs de mintea con\u0219tient\u0103, iar ceea ce mintea \u0219tie deja&#8230; de mult timp, vine din subcon\u0219tientul nostru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Studiile au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 doar aproximativ 20% dintre persoane au un bagaj emo\u021bional \u0219i cognitiv compatibil cu g\u00e2ndirea pozitiv\u0103, adic\u0103 pentru acele persoane g\u00e2ndirea pozitiv\u0103 este autentic\u0103, restul de 80% care au traversat evenimente nepl\u0103cute, diverse traume, ei de fapt se for\u021beaz\u0103 s\u0103 g\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 pozitiv, nu exist\u0103 acea concordan\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre con\u0219tient \u0219i tot ceea ce este ascuns \u00een subcon\u0219tient. E ca \u0219i cum ai vorbi \u201e\u00een gol\u201d! G\u00e2ndirea fals pozitiv\u0103 este extrem de nociv\u0103 ea fiind practic un resort de negare a realit\u0103\u021bii. \u00cemi imaginez zi de zi \u0219i tr\u0103iesc cu intesitate faptul c\u0103 sunt un om bogat, m\u0103 str\u0103dui s\u0103 simt, s\u0103 am emo\u021bii aferente, iar de undeva din subcon\u0219tient \u201esare un scut\u201d \u0219i scoate la iveal\u0103 credin\u021bele limitative implementate de cei cu care am crescut: \u201eBanii n-aduc fericirea!\u201d \u201eAi bani ai \u0219i probleme!\u201d\u201eNu te po\u021bi \u00eembog\u0103\u021bi din munc\u0103 cinstit\u0103!\u201d \u201eMul\u021bume\u0219te-te cu ce ai!\u201d \u201eDac\u0103 \u00eencerci \u0219i ai e\u0219ec vor r\u00e2de ceilal\u021bi de tine!\u201d. Deci, eu reu\u0219esc prin ceea ce \u00eemi impun con\u0219tient s\u0103 m\u0103 mint singur. Nu are loc o judecat\u0103 analitic\u0103 a evenimentelor, a contextelor, a poten\u021bialului, a motiva\u021biei, a inteligen\u021bei cognitive \u0219i emo\u021bionale de care dispune subiectul. Eu m\u0103 concentrez exclusiv pe dorin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i nu mai v\u0103d contextul, resursele, etapele, metodele, pa\u0219ii de lucru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Subcon\u0219tientul este de circa 10 ori mai mare dec\u00e2t mintea con\u0219tient\u0103. Acesta ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu 200 milisecunde mai repede dec\u00e2t mintea con\u0219tient\u0103, iar \u00een momentul critic reac\u021biile sunt emo\u021bionale, dictate de credin\u021bele subcon\u0219tientului nostru; eu nu ac\u021bionez sub puterea con\u0219tientului ci a subcon\u0219tientului. Este necesar\u0103 o voin\u021b\u0103 extraordinar\u0103 \u0219i foarte mult exerci\u021biu s\u0103-mi observ acele porniri emo\u021bionale, impulsive \u0219i s\u0103 le \u00eenlocuiesc la momentul respectiv cu un comportament \u0219i o emo\u021bie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, nonagresiv\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de mine \u0219i cei din jur. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Este necesar\u0103 autosupravegherea c\u00e2t \u0219i supravegherea unei persoane din afar\u0103 pentru o durat\u0103 de dou\u0103, trei, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 6 luni, pentru a fi siguri de reu\u0219ita modific\u0103rii tiparului mental. Subcon\u0219tientul nu poate fi manipulat cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 a\u0219a cum vor s\u0103 ne fac\u0103 s\u0103 credem unele \u201ecurente\u201d psihologice la mod\u0103. Nu putem g\u00e2ndi for\u021bat pozitiv pentru a ob\u021bine rezultatele dorite. Mai mult, oamenii \u00ee\u0219i pun de obicei dorin\u021be a c\u0103ror baz\u0103 de plecare este de multe ori inexistent\u0103, dorindu-\u0219i s\u0103 fac\u0103 deodat\u0103 un pas mare care s\u0103-i duc\u0103 la succes.
