Aceast\u0103 zical\u0103 se refer\u0103 de fapt la \u00eenl\u0103turarea procrastin\u0103rii din via\u021ba noastr\u0103&#8230; u\u0219or de spus, greu de f\u0103cut&#8230;<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong>Ce este procrastinarea?<\/strong> Procrastinarea se refer\u0103 de fapt la promisiunile pe care le facem fa\u021b\u0103 de noi \u00een\u0219ine, scopurile pe care ni le propunem\u00a0 \u0219i nu le respect\u0103m, uneori f\u0103r\u0103 a \u0219ti de ce facem acest lucru. Altfel spus, procrastinarea \u00eenseamn\u0103 o am\u00e2nare ira\u021bional\u0103, o autosabotare, \u00een ciuda faptului c\u0103 suntem con\u0219tien\u021bi c\u0103 decizia ne-ar putea aduce prejudicii mai t\u00e2rziu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong>Caracteristicile de baz\u0103 ale procrastin\u0103rii<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">1.<strong>\u00cedeplinirea a\u0219tept\u0103rilor <\/strong>stau la baza \u00eencrederii \u00een sine \u0219i al optimismului, \u00eens\u0103 dac\u0103 considera\u021bi c\u0103 obiectivele voastre sunt de neatins, atunci ve\u021bi ajunge s\u0103 renun\u021ba\u021bi cu totul la ele. \u00cendoiala de sine este asociat\u0103 deseori sarcinilor noi \u0219i dicifile pe care le avem de \u00eendeplinit, care se poate transforma \u00eentr-o stare cronic\u0103 \u0219i anume a\u0219teptarea e\u0219ecului. E\u0219ecul se transform\u0103 ulterior \u00een certitudine pentru c\u0103 nu facem tot ce ne st\u0103 \u00een puteri pentru a rezolva o anumit\u0103 problem\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">2.<strong>Valoarea<\/strong> <strong>obiectivului<\/strong> este important\u0103, ea m\u0103sur\u00e2nd gradul de pl\u0103cere. Cu c\u00e2t g\u0103sim mai pu\u021bin\u0103 valoare \u00een sarcina pe care o avem de rezolvat, cu at\u00e2t va fi mai greu s\u0103 ne apuc\u0103m de ea. Deseori, procrastinatorii au mai mult de tras de pe urma t\u0103r\u0103g\u0103n\u0103rii lucrurilor dec\u00e2t dac\u0103 \u0219i-ar duce treburile la bun sf\u00e2r\u0219it din timp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">3.<strong>Timpul <\/strong>necesar pentru efectuarea anumitor sarcini este factorul determinant \u00een alegerea lucrurilor pe care le facem, nu recompensa asociat\u0103 acelui lucru. Unii dintre noi pun mai mult pre\u021b pe satisfac\u021biile imediate dec\u00e2t pe cele care implic\u0103 a\u0219teptarea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Persoanele care tind s\u0103 am\u00e2ne lucrurile pe care le au de \u00eendeplinit sunt mai pu\u0163in fericite dec\u00e2 celelalte persoane, din cauza stresului provocat de tendin\u0163a de procrastinare, d\u00e2nd na\u0219tere totodat\u0103 unui sentiment de culpabilitate. Groaza cu care procrastinatorii privesc \u00eendeplinirea unei sarcini le ocup\u0103 mai mult timp dec\u00e2t s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irea ei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Gabriola; font-size: 24px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 O persoan\u0103 care are tendin\u021ba de a procrastina poate avea probleme legate de anxietate, o stim\u0103 de sine sc\u0103zut\u0103, o mentalitate de autosabotare \u0219i impulsivitate.
