Frica \u0219i anxietatea fa\u021b\u0103 de o boal\u0103 pot fi cople\u0219itoare \u0219i pot provoca emo\u021bii puternice at\u00e2t \u00een r\u00e2ndul adul\u021bilor c\u00e2t \u0219i al copiilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Fiecare dintre noi reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 diferit la situa\u021biile stresante. Impactul emo\u021bional al unei situa\u021bii de urgen\u021b\u0103 asupra unei persoane poate depinde de caracteristicile \u0219i experien\u021bele anterioare ale acesteia, de circumstan\u021bele sociale \u0219i economice ale persoanei, de comunitatea din care face parte precum \u0219i de disponibilitatea resurselor locale. Oamenii pot deveni mai \u00eendurera\u021bi dac\u0103 v\u0103d imagini \u0219i rapoarte \u00een mod repetat \u00een mass-media despre pandemie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Printre persoanele care ar putea r\u0103spunde mai puternic la stresul cauzat de criza r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirii coronavirusului sunt: <\/strong>persoanele care au condi\u021bii preexistene de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103, persoanele care au probleme cu consumul de substan\u021be, copiii \u0219i cadrele medicale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reac\u021bii normale care pot ap\u0103rea \u00een r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirea unei boli infec\u021bioase:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frica \u0219i \u00eengrijorarea c\u0103 ceva r\u0103u ar putea s\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2mple \u021bie sau unei persoane dragi;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modific\u0103ri ale somnului sau ale modului de alimenta\u021bie;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenr\u0103ut\u0103\u021birea problemelor de boal\u0103 cronic\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilizarea mai crescut\u0103 de alcool, tutun sau alte substan\u021be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ceea ce po\u021bi face pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 situa\u021biei stresante:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evit\u0103 expunerea excesiv\u0103 la informa\u021biile din mass-media legate de COVID-19 \u0219i f\u0103 pauze din a viziona, citi sau asculta \u0219tirile; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai grij\u0103 de corpul t\u0103u \u2013 \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 faci exerci\u021bii fizice zilnic;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este important s\u0103 ai o alimenta\u021bie c\u00e2t mai s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103: bogat\u0103 \u00een fructe \u0219i legume;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evit\u0103 consumul de alcool \u0219i alte substan\u021be nocive pentru organism;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dormi c\u00e2t mai mult;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cencearc\u0103 s\u0103 faci diferite activit\u0103\u021bi pl\u0103cute care \u00ee\u021bi ofer\u0103 o stare de lini\u0219te \u0219i relaxare;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Socializeaz\u0103 cu membrii familiei sau cu prietenii despre preocup\u0103rile pe care le ai \u0219i ceea ce sim\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Copiii reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 la ceea ce v\u0103d de la adul\u021bii din jurul lor. Atunci c\u00e2nd p\u0103rin\u021bii gestionaz\u0103 situa\u021bia COVID-19 cu calm \u0219i \u00eencredere, pot oferi copiilor cel mai bun sprijin de care ace\u0219tia au nevoie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Copii reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 diferit atunci c\u00e2nd sunt expu\u0219i situa\u021biilor stresante <\/strong>\u0219i este important ca p\u0103rin\u021bii s\u0103 poat\u0103 identifica anumite st\u0103ri neobi\u0219nuite care pot ap\u0103rea \u00een comportamentul lor, precum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pl\u00e2ns excesiv;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenirea la anumite comportamente din trecut (urinarea involuntar\u0103 sau urinarea \u00een pat);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cengrijorare excesiv\u0103 \u0219i triste\u021be;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiceiuri alimentare nes\u0103n\u0103toase;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tulbur\u0103ri de somn;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iritabilitate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Performan\u021b\u0103 \u0219colar\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103 sau evitarea mersului la \u0219coal\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dificult\u0103\u021bi de aten\u021bie \u0219i concentrare;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evitarea activit\u0103\u021bilor care \u00eei f\u0103ceau pl\u0103cere \u00een trecut;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dureri de cap inexplicabile sau dureri corporale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilizarea de alcool, tutun sau alte substan\u021be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lucruri pe care p\u0103rin\u021bii le pot face pentru a-\u0219i sprijini copiii s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 stresului:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbi\u021bi cu copilul despre COVID-19, despre m\u0103surile de igien\u0103 \u0219i de protejare \u00eempotriva infec\u021biei cu coronavirus;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u0103spunde la \u00eentreb\u0103rile pe care copilul \u021bi le adreseaz\u0103 \u0219i explic\u0103-i ceea ce dore\u0219te s\u0103 afle pe \u00een\u021belesul lui;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asigur\u0103 copilul c\u0103 se afl\u0103 \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comunic\u0103-i faptul c\u0103 este normal s\u0103 se simt\u0103 trist;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spune-i cum reu\u0219e\u0219ti s\u0103 faci fa\u021b\u0103 stresului ca s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be \u0219i copilul s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 situa\u021biilor stresante;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limiteaz\u0103 c\u00e2t mai mult posibil expunerea copilului la informa\u021biile mass-media, deoarece poate interpreta gre\u0219it ceea ce aude;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajut\u0103 copilul s\u0103-\u0219i men\u021bin\u0103 pe c\u00e2t posibil programul zilnic de activit\u0103\u021bi dup\u0103 \u00eentoarcerea de la \u0219coal\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fii un model pentru propriul copil: m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos, odihne\u0219te-te, f\u0103 exerci\u021bii fizice;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Persoanele care au fost \u021binute \u00een carantin\u0103<\/strong> din cauza infect\u0103rii sau suspect\u0103rii de a fi infectate cu COVID-19, pot experimenta urm\u0103toarele emo\u021bii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emo\u021bii mixte, inclusiv u\u0219urare dup\u0103 eliberarea din carantin\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Team\u0103 \u0219i \u00eengrijorare legat\u0103 de propria stare de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i a persoanelor dragi care ar fi putut fi expuse infect\u0103rii cu COVID-19;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stresul cauzat de auto-monitorizare frecvent\u0103 sau monitorizarea de c\u0103tre alte persoane pentru simptomele virusului COVID-19;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Triste\u021be, m\u00e2nie sau frustrare, deoarece prietenii sau persoanele dragi au temeri nefondate de a lua boala de la contactul cu tine, chiar dac\u0103 nu mai po\u021bi fi contagios;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sentimete de vinov\u0103\u021bie pentru c\u0103 nu ai putut munci sau nu ai putut s\u0103-\u021bi \u00eendepline\u0219ti sarcinile parentale pe perioada carantinei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dac\u0103 COVID-19 \u00ee\u021bi cre\u0219te anxietatea, creeaz\u0103-\u021bi un plan, nu intr\u0103 \u00een panic\u0103.<\/strong> Practic\u0103 o bun\u0103 igien\u0103, spal\u0103-te pe m\u00e2ini ori de c\u00e2te ori intri \u00een contact cu obiecte care ar putea fi infectate.
